Send us what you want changed, such as new text or photos, or updated opening hours, and we make the edits for you.

The monthly fee covers reasonable edits to existing content, and changes you do not use do not roll over to the next month. Bigger pieces of work, extra pages or new features can be quoted separately.

We watch your site and fix problems, ideally before your customers notice. We aim for it to be up all the time, but no website can be guaranteed never to go down, for example when a hosting or domain provider has a problem.

We can register your domain for you, in your name, and set up business email and webmail. Your domain stays yours: if you leave, we give you the details you need to move it.

Unless your quote says otherwise, plans run month to month with no long minimum term. To leave, give us 30 days’ notice by email.

We hand over your content, media, branding files and domain, with your site’s pages and files as they stand, and help you move to a new provider. The terms set out the details.
