How our pricing works

We design and build your site and quote for it once we know what it needs: how many pages, and what it has to do. Your quote sets out what is included, and what we agreed when you ordered is what applies.

Once your site is live, a fixed monthly fee covers:

• Hosting with SSL and backups, updates, security fixes and monitoring: hosting and care
• Tracking how your site does in Google, and improving it: SEO
• Your changes, within a monthly allowance: reasonable edits to existing content
• Help by email, or a call back when you need it

After a short call about your business, we send you a quote with the price of the build and the monthly fee, and what each one includes.

Bigger pieces of work, extra pages or new features can be quoted separately. Changes you do not use in a month do not roll over to the next.

Prices are in pounds sterling, and VAT is added where it applies.

Unless your quote says otherwise, the monthly plan runs month to month with no long minimum term. You can cancel it at any time with 30 days’ notice in writing, and email is fine. You pay until the end of the notice period.

If you buy as a consumer rather than for your business, you can usually cancel within 14 days of the contract starting. The terms explain how.

You own your content, your branding and your domain name. If you leave, we hand them over, with the details you need to move the domain, and help you move to a new provider.

The code and tools we build sites with stay ours, but we can give you your site’s pages and files as they stand.

   We build the site and send you a private link. Tell us what to change and we change it.

   Live, and looked after

   We launch it, then host it and make the changes you send us for a fixed monthly fee.
